When you use the engage form on this site, we collect the responses you provide to the three questions, and your email address if you choose to provide it. You are not required to provide your name, your organisation, or any identifying information. We do not ask for it and we do not want it.
We do not use cookies for tracking, advertising, or analytics. The only data this site collects is what you choose to submit through the engage form.
We collect your responses to engage with what you have written — to provide a substantive personal reply where you have left an email address, and to inform the development of the RSI framework where your responses identify something it needs to address.
We do not use your data for marketing, profiling, or any purpose beyond responding to you and improving the framework.
We process this data on the basis of legitimate interests — specifically the interest in developing and improving the RSI framework through genuine dialogue with people who engage with it. Where you provide an email address, you are consenting to receive a personal response to your submission.
Email correspondence is retained for as long as it remains relevant to the framework's development. Engage form responses without an email address are retained anonymously as framework development input with no identifying information attached. You can request deletion of any data we hold about you at any time.
Nobody. Your responses are not shared with third parties, sold, or used for any commercial purpose.
You have the right to access any personal data we hold about you, to request correction of inaccurate data, to request deletion of your data, to object to processing, and to request restriction of processing.
